As a long standing tycom customer, DJ Laing were one of tycom’s first clients to migrate to the new probity® system.
Director, Dorothy Laing commented, “Its great, the versatility of it,especially being able to store and view entries for previous years. I find exporting reports to excel and then being able to work in them pure dead brilliant!”
The system also has the ability to provide our auditors with the whole year’s financial data in excel format so that they can separate and print accounts that they require.
Considering training, Dorothy explained, “Training is an absolute breeze, with her knowledge and expertise she is just so well tuned with the software and our requirements. She also knew we would eventually appreciate the enhancements it offered.”
Because tycom are originators of this software, as with any client, we’re able to offer DJ Laing product enhancements to suit their specific business needs; however the feeling from DJ Laing is that there is not much call for this as the Crystal reporting the system is just so versatile.
Dorothy added, “I enjoy the relationship we have with the members we deal with in your successful Company - great team, pleasant, very efficient, friendly, helpful - what more can I say!”
