tycom wins IT support contract with Denholm Oilfield Services
Scottish IT Services company tycom has secured a contract with Denholm Oilfield Services to provide specialist technical support across the company’s bases in the UK, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
The contract covers a range of IT services including helpdesk support, server monitoring, server support, desktop support and asset tracking.
Denholm Oilfield Services, part of the J & J Denholm Group, is a leading provider of support services to the global oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
Denholm Oilfield Services has locations in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Abu Dhabi, Chesterfield, Yeovil, Lincoln and Stevenage as well as Aberdeen, where tycom is headquartered.
tycom specialises in designing, implementing and supporting IT infrastructure solutions and project management for individual clients, through key partners including Microsoft, Citrix and VM Ware.
