Capability Open Day Tremendous Success

We are absolutely delighted with the response to our open day for competence assurance in the energy sector on 20th April 2006.

Fifteen organisations attended the event at our Aberdeen office and were extremely positive about the impact electronic competence assurance can have.

"I think people came along expecting to see another database about training and competency" commented Alastair Henderson of the capability software team.

Many attendees were truly amazed to learn that our clients actually have real time management views of the competency levels of their work force and can analyse this by rig or by sector. They can skill match the best trained and most competent people instantly for projects and review their portfolios and CV's at the touch of a button. The management information is powerful and the feedback on the day was really exciting for us.

We hope to make our capability software open days a regular feature so that the industry can share information on good practice in the recording and monitoring of employee competency. It is hoped future events will include global locations as our competence software is now used in over twenty countries world wide.
