We are proud to announce that we have won a contract with Dyce-based oil service company Petrowell to provide new software designed to help increase efficiency and save costs.
We have created the probity® software, which provides an all-encompassing system to manage business requirements including procurement, asset management, sales order processing, manufacturing, design engineering and accounting.
As well as the efficiency and cost benefits, Petrowell is set to profit from a centralisation of key information, allowing for increased knowledge management capabilities; opportunities to streamline processes and reduce inefficient use of resources; and real time management reporting, which allows for planning, forecasting, monitoring and analysis of the business.
As part of the contract, we will be installing and maintaining the software.
Keith Mathieson, software developer, said: "Petrowell is a growing company with an increasing number of assets so they required an efficient software package that enables them to closely track and monitor all their activities.".
Stuart Gordon, an Account Manager at Petrowell, which provides quality products, solutions and services to the energy industries, added: "I had previous experience working with tycom and found them extremely helpful and the software they utilised was user friendly and very well written.".
"Petrowell has grown in size very rapidly and while we were using a lot of different packages for different aspects of the business, we soon realised we had a real need for a complete software system to take care of all the tracking. probity® has now been installed and training has begun and I am sure it will prove to be an invaluable tool throughout the organisation.".
As well as creating bespoke software and IT systems for individual organisations, we deliver hardware solutions, technical support and project management.
