We are proud to announce that we have won a contract with Kintore-based Safelift Offshore Ltd. to provide new software which will help to track sales and prospective new clients.
We have developed prosperity® customer relationship management software, which allows the addresses and contact details of potential and current customers to be stored in an easy to use electronic format
The software was designed for sales teams, to ensure that the stored information is accurate and regularly updated.
As part of the contract, we will install and maintain the software.
Ritchie Barron, Director of Safelift, said the launch of a new onshore division had prompted the need for an improved system to keep track of information.
"With the rapid growth of both Safelift Offshore and Safelift Onshore, we realised we had a real need for a complete software system to accurately store, track and update all our client information for both disciplines," he said.
"We approached tycom with our requirements and they tailored their prosperity® software to meet our needs. I am sure that tycom's software package will be a valuable tool for both our sales and marketing teams.".
