Texas Provides Global Connections

We have seen International expansion of their business through the installation of our Operations and Financial software probity® and Competence Assurance, Certification and Training Management software, capability core® in many worldwide locations.

Colin Black, VP of Business Development says: "Our broad experience has enabled us to develop innovative solutions for a diverse range of clients, including those involved in Food, Transport, Manufacturing, Agricultural and Legal services as well as Oil & Gas.".

Colin joined a SDI Learning Journey to Houston last November when the company decided to develop its global presence. "Historically, we found that most decisions are made in Houston regarding UK and international installations of our software, so this gave us the opportunity to meet key decision makers.".

Such was the success of the trip that we decided to establish a virtual office run from the SDI field office.

"The Houston office, combined with continuing support and advice from SDI has led to participation in additional tenders for work in North & South America, Canada, Trinidad, Equatorial Guinea, Russia & Australia. Houston is a good primary base for us, and we are now well on track for developing strong commercial links and doing business globally" said Colin.
