tycom staff complete run for charity

Steve Douglas and Alan Craik completed the Edinburgh marathon on 22nd May. It wasn’t easy and they suffered greatly but are both very happy that they managed to cross the finishing line!

They were running for The Guide Dogs charity and as of today with the donations made and the added gift aid they have raised a current total of £1570.94.

They would both like to thank everyone that took the time to donate. They have received a thank you letter from The Guide Dogs this week passing on their congratulations and thanks. This is great amount to be giving over to a well deserving charity.

Even though they both said ‘never again’ after finishing last Sunday they have decided over the past couple of days that they both want another crack at a marathon and are aiming to do another one next year.....
