Altiris IT lifecycle management suites are organized into three levels along a maturity model. Level 1 consists of essential elements of configuration management including inventory, OS imaging and deployment, mobile software delivery, security patch management, and migration. Level 2 adds asset management repository, patch management, and real-time problem diagnosis and remediation. Level 3 adds business management, incident and problem management, real-time performance monitoring for dynamic provisioning, and disaster recovery.
