CommVault has recently selected tycom to participate in the newly launched CommVault Authorised Support Partner (CASP) Programme. CASP replaces CommVault's VIP programme for supporting customers with software maintenance and will be available from a limited number partners in the UK and Ireland. tycom is one of only eight UK&I partners to receive the accreditation in the initial phase. This accreditation enables tycom to provide first line support services to our customers.
CommVault recognise the huge investment and commitment tycom have placed in their products, and as a result Ty-com Business Systems have been awarded the highly sought after accreditation "CommVault Platinum Partner".
