Tycom’s Centralised Services team handles everything behind the scenes, covering all the services delivered through use of our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools. Centralised Services is a key function within our Service Delivery framework.


Tycom’s Centralised Services team is responsible for making sure that the services delivered all follow best practice standards and are undertaken in a consistent manner across all customers.
