The Opportunity:
Our Aberdeen office is expanding, and we're looking for Service Desk Engineers across all experience levels. Whether you're just starting your journey in IT or you're a seasoned expert, if you have a zeal for technology, a knack for solving tech puzzles, and a dedication to cybersecurity, you'll fit right in. This role involves using our cutting-edge RMM technology, advocating for best practices in cybersecurity, and providing first class IT support to our SME clientele.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT support, resolving client queries swiftly from our Aberdeen office.
- Master our RMM toolkit to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with our team to uphold the high standards of cybersecurity and client support Tycom is known for.
- Develop client relationships through outstanding service and support, enhancing their trust in our capabilities.
Skills
- Strong skills in IT support and troubleshooting, especially in Windows 10/11, Android, MacOS, and IOS environments.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows Server and Microsoft office 365
- Experience or a strong interest in virtualization and cloud technologies such as Azure, RDS, VDI, VMWare, and Hyper-V.
- Supporting Server, Storage, and Network infrastructures.
