Centralised Services

Centralised Services is a key function within our Service Delivery framework.

Tycom's Centralised Services team handles everything behind the scenes. The team is proactive and have a curiosity to solve problems. In identifying and solving problems the team helps other service delivery areas and also help lower client risk. The team is responsible for patch management making sure that policy follows best practice and the patches are deployed in a consistent manner across all customers.
